Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item:
Is unused and in its original condition.
Includes all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation.
Shows no signs of wear, installation, or modification.
All returns must be approved before they are shipped back.

Firearms that have been transferred or accepted by the receiving dealer
Items showing signs of use or modification
Clearance or final sale items

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, customers must contact us at info@blacksummitarms.com to request return authorization.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
